Ingredients
3 cupschopped Cabbage, fresh1/2 cup chopped Onions, raw2 1/2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon1/2 cup Minute Rice2 tsp Equate Clear Soluble Fiber Powder1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Condensed Soup1 can (14.5 oz) Sliced Stewed TomatoesWater to cover
Directions
Put everything in pot and add enough water to cover the cabbage. Bring to boil then reduce heat and let simmer until the rice is cooked and cabbage is tender. approx 15 to 20 minutes. Serving Size: makes approx 3 good size cereal bowls of soup.
