Cook & cut 1 cup of asparaguscook & cut 1 cup of spinachcook & cut sm. pkg. of mushroomscook 1 cup of brown ricescramble 2 large eggs with 1/2 - 1 cup of milkmix all things together and pour into a glass baking dish 8 X 6 sprayed with Pam
Cook for 30 minutes then sprinkle the low fat cheese on top. Cook about 10 more minutes until cheese is brown. Enjoy!
