Savory Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 clove Garlic 4 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 0.15 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Cool ingredients together in a large pot. When vegetables are soft, blend with immersion blender until smooth. Garnish with cranberries and pecans and serve hot. Serving Size: 1 bowl
