Curry Shrimp

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, raw 1 dash Salt 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 50 grams Cilantro, raw .5 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp garam marsala (by RACKMYBRAINS) 400 gram(s) Coconut Milk
Directions
Mix everything into a marinade except the shrimp, oil and coconut milk.
Add the shrimp, and let marinade for a few hours if possible (at least 30 minutes if you cannot wait).
In a medium saucepan heat some oil, then add the shrimp.
Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the coconut milk.
With heat on high, cook for another 5 minutes, which will finish cooking the shrimp and thicken the sauce.
Serve over rice if desired (rice not included in the nutritional value of this dish)
