1/2 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef -- browned and drained1 Medium Onion -- chopped1 Clove Garlic -- minced8 Ounces Tomato Sauce14 1/2 Ounces Canned Tomatoes -- stewed1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano1 Teaspoon Italian SeasoningSalt And Pepper -- to taste8 Ounces Pasta -- cooked and drained10 Ounces Frozen Spinach -- thawed and drained1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk -- shredded1/2 Cup Fat-free Parmesan Cheese -- grated
Place all ingredients, EXCEPT for cooked pasta, spinach and cheeses) in a slow
cooker. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until bubbly.
Increase slow cooker to high; stir in pasta, spinach and cheeses. Cover and cook
for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheeses are melted.
If you like it a little spicier add 1 can rotel original tomatoes.
