Chilled Cucumber & Tomato Soup w/fresh dill

Ingredients
1 Quart low-fat plain yogurt2 cups low fat chicken broth1 small seedless cucumber, peeled, leaving some of the green skin on, cut into small dice1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, tops only1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar2 Tps. chopped fresh dill
Directions
Chop dill. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve
