300 grams Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted 50 grams Onions, raw 3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 fl oz White Wine 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon .33 tbsp Fruit - Lemon Rind, Grated - 1 tbsp. = 6g = 1 serving (by MIKNMEG) .25 cup Tomato Sauce 195 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 jumbo Black Olives 10 grams Cilantro, raw 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 0.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
Directions
Brown pork & onion. Make sauce from remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve over rice, polenta or coucous
