0.25 cup Sorbet, Haagen Dazs fat free zesty lemon .25 cup Mountain High Low fat Vanilla yoghurt (by ALPINEMAMA) 1 serving Aussie Bodies Vanilla Protein Powder 1 cup The Complete Dairy LIGHT High Protein Milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest in a bullet style blender and process until smooth.
Store unused portion in mason jar in fridge until ready to consume
