ham wrapped cheesy prunes

Ingredients
20 dried pruneshalf cup of fat free shredded mozzarella20 dry-roasted peanuts4 slices of turkey ham
Directions
1.stuff each prune with cheese and one peanut
2. divide each slice of ham into 5 slices
3. wrap each prune with a slice of ham (use a toothpick to hold it in place)
4. cook them in oil until the ham turns golden-brown and the cheese melts (I use cooking spray because it has no calories)

* each prune is a serving
* you may also wrap them with bacon instead of ham but there is a significant increase in calories
