Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 4 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated .5 cup Flour, white .75 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 130 gram(s) *artichoke hearts, reese brand, canned, 10 quarters (by CABC_2941) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 3 clove Garlic 4 serving Sam's Club Spinach and Asigo Chicken Sausage (by ALIHUTCH078) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Cook veggies, broth, and spices in a crock pot on low 6 hours. Whisk milk, evaporated milk, flour and add to soup. Add cream cheese, and sausage. Cook on high 30 mins. Add parm and serve.
