Bacon and pepper omelet

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tblsp chopped Yellow Bell Pepper1 tblsp chopped red Bell Pepper1 tblsp chopped green Bell Pepper1 tblsp chopped Orange Bell Pepper1 tblsp chopped Yellow onion.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 slices Bacon - chopped
Directions
whip together eggs and cream. Saute vegetables and bacon and remove from pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook slightly swirling up the sides of the pan slightly. When base is set add vegetables and bacon and cover for 2-3 minutes to "bake" the eggs around the fillings. Uncover and add 3/4 of the cheese. recover until cheese is melted. Using spatula to release ease the omelet onto a plate gently folding it in half on the plate. Cover with remaining cheese.
