Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumber, peeled, sliced thin1 small onion, sliced into rings or half-rings1/2 c sour cream (reduced fat)3/4 c vinegar3/4 c sugar1 tsp dill (optional)2-3 drops hot sauce (optional)
Directions
Slice the cucumber and onion, put into glass or plastic bowl (not metal). In another bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Add hot sauce and dill if desired. Pour over cucumbers and onion. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving, preferrably overnight.

Makes about 4 servings.
