Carob Ice Pops

Ingredients
5 oz low-fat silken tofu1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk1/2 tsp vanilla (or almond or coconut) extract2 Tbsp carob powder1 tbsp honey1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth.
Pour into ice molds and freeze solid.
