48 oz Food Lion Ground Turkey (by KAWEHILANI) 1 medium Zucchini, baby 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 4 tbsp Kroger LITE Soy Sauce (by DORNETTEB) 51 gram Hoisin Sauce- Kroger Chinese Inspirations (by DBUSTILLOS)
Cook ground turkey until no pink is left. Mince zucchini, onions and water chestnuts. Add to turkey. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce and cook . Serve in a lettuce leaf or over a bed of mixed salad greens. Drizzle additional hoisin sauce if desired.
