Ingredients
100 grams Tofu gan 1 cup, chopped Chinese Celery1 tsp Soy Sauce Dried hot chilisGarlic clovesVegetable oilSaltGinger
Directions
Chop the Chinese celery into 1.5 inch sticks Slice the tofu gan into slices Chop the hot peppers and garlic and ginger Heat oil in the wok and add the tofu slices Then add ginger, garlic and chilis, then add the celery Add the soy sauce, add a little hot water if you want to steam the ingredients a little Add salt and remove from wok and serve
