2.25 cup Simply Nature Super Grains (measured dry) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 224 grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped Mustard greens, fresh 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
This is an entire package of Super grains-- I use twice as much water as called for and cook for 30 mins.
in separtate pan sautee chopped onions, add chopped mushrooms and then add chopped mustard greens
stir cooked grains with sauteed mushrooms and veggies in large casserole dish-- keep warm or re-heat in oven as needed
add more water if seems dry
salt to taste
