Ingredients
4 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 14 oz baked chicken skinless leg quarter .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice 1.5 cup Egg Noodles, enriched 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap Basil leafPoultry seasoning
Directions
Cook chicken or use precooked. Shred when cooled, I cooked thighs in pressure cooker with 2 cups of water for 8 minutes, cooled and shredded. In pressure cooker add the rice pouch, noodles, chicken broth, spices to taste. Cook for 8 minutes on soup mode.
