Indian Poha

Ingredients
150 gram(s) Indian Snack-Poha 15 Grams Peanuts, dry-roasted 75 Grams Potato, raw 7 grams Cilantro, raw 156 grams Onions, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp red chilli powder
Directions
Place poha in a sieve and run water over it. Keep it aside a while for extra water to drain In a wok take 3 teaspoon of extra virgin oil and let it heat In the meantime finely chop onions, coriander and chop potatoes in equal flat pieces Once the oil in wok/pan is hot add cumins, add mustard seed and once it crackles add chopped onions Once the onions are glossy and transparent add potatoes Let the potatoes cook well by putting a lid on the pan Once potatoes are cooked well, add the poha Add salt as per taste, some chilli powder and mix it well Sprinkle chopped coriander and let it sit on a dim flame for another min The dish is now ready to be served
