4 serving Egg white, large 40 grams Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 100 gram(s) Lean Pork Tenderloin (no fat) raw weight (by -POOKIE-) 1 serving McDonald's Barbeque Sauce (1 package) 0.2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
Bake tenderloin until very tender. Shred. Cut ham in small pieces. Allow tenderloin to cool completely. Beat egg whites into meringue. Carefully mix almond flour and shredded pork. Mix with half the cottage cheese. Form into 2 thin bases. Bake at 180 for 15 min on parchment paper. flip. top with sauces, remaining cheese and ham. Bake for another 10 min.
