Portabella fries

Ingredients
1.0 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Remove gills from caps and season with salt and pepper. Roast at 375° for about 10-15 minutes. Cut into strips and let cool. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then dredge in flour. Fry in oil of your choice (I use coconut oil or sunflower oil) until golden brown.
