Ingredients
7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz farmland ground pork sausage (by PAMALAW80) 3 oz Best Choice Mild Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage and drain off grease. In a bowl, scramble the eggs and cream. Place cooked sausage in bottom of an 11x8 glass baking dish. Pour egg mixture over sausage, liberally sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
