Fresh Berry Parfait

1/2 cFresh Strawberries 1/2 Fresh Blueberries 1/4 c Granola 1/2 cup low fat strawberry or Vanilla Yogurt 4 T. Fat free Cool Whip
use half of the ingredients for one parfait
Slice Strawberries
Blueberries
In a 6 oz Parfait or Wine Glass layer 1/2 of Strawberries, then Blue Berries, Top with yogurt and sprinkle with Granola, finish with Cool whip. (Add a cap full of strawberry flavoring)
Make a second layer layering the same way.
One strawberry sliced and fanned on top makes an elegant dessert and very healthy. This can be made with any fruit I happen to like the fresh berries. It looks as awesome as it tastes.
