Ingredients
2 tbs Lowfat Plain Yogurt (2 heaping tablespoons)2 tbs Lowfat 2% or lower Cottage Cheese (2 heaping tablespoons)1/2 C frozen dark berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)1/2 C Water28 grams of Vanilla or Plain Whey Protein Powder. (1 large scoop- usually provided in the whey protein container)
Directions
Pour in Yogurt, Water and Cottage Cheese in bottom of Blender. Then add frozen berries and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
