Whole Wheat Pizza Crusts

Ingredients
4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 ounce Yeast, bakers
Directions
Heat water, mix yeast and sugar, allow to foam

Measure flour, salt, cornstarch and oil. Add water and yeast, mix and knead for a few minutes.

Allow to double in a warm place or warm water bath.

Roll into desired size. Bake for 12 minute at 350 degree.

Add desired toppings such as sauce, cheese and others such as mushrooms, peppers and onions... (not included in calorie count)
