1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 serving Rice, Wild, whole grain brown rice, Lundberg Wild Blend 1 tsp Better Than Bouillion Cicken ORGANIC (by JKJ599) 227 grams Mushrooms, fresh 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Cook the wild rice in water and bouillon. Saute the mushrooms and garlic in the butter. Combine with the rice and add heavy cream and Parmesan. Serve
