16 oz Jenny-O Lean Ground Turkey 93% Lean 1 large Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 6 serving Hunt's Original Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added - 1/2 Cup serving 1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
