Cauliflower Bread

Ingredients
6 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 2 tsp Baking Powder 3 tsp Tuscan Roasted Garlic Seasoning (by RACHAELK247) 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Grease with 1 tbls. Oil 9x13" silicone cookie sheet.
Shred, grate, or process 2 lbs. Of Cauliflower into cornmeal like consistency, mix in seasoning, baking powder, and eggs thoroughly.
Spread mixture on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

    Tried this last night and for some reason the bottom layer was crisp and the entire inside was mush. So I baked it longer until the top was browned and the inside was still too mushy to the point when I tried to take it out of the pan the bottom stuck to the pan and it fell apart. Any other suggesti - 7/24/17
