Ingredients
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 8 oz Yogurt, Plain, Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat
Directions
mix butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. mix together flour baking soda salt, stir into wet ingredients. Stir in bananas and yogurt. pour into greased muffin tins, bake at 350.
