Coconut flour zucchini fritters

Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 tsp Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 36 tsp parm cheese grated 1 tbsp Parsley 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.15 tsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Coconut flour
Directions
Grate the zucchini into a colander toss with sea salt and allow to drain 10 minutes Drain zucchini and dish towel by twisting until it's dry Mix zucchini, eggs, Parmesan, coconut flour, parsley, garlic and onion powder set batter aside Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil. fry each side until browned about 2-3 min
