1 lb Ground beef, lean 2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Ric4 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value1 can Canned Carrots 1 tbsp Great Value - Low Sodium Soy Sauce 2 cup Water, tap
In a large skillet brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender. Drain.
Return ground beef to the skillet and set on medium-high heat. Add rice and creole seasoning. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add water, carrots and soy sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until rice is tender.
