0.5 cup Almond Butter 2 serving Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake Mix (by BLONDDOGLA) 48 grams Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 48 gram(s) Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 1 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground Can also add: Arbonne Fiber, flaxseed
