3 cup Spaghetti Squash 4 serving Bird's Eye Ultimate Southwest Blend (serving=2/3 cup) 3 tbsp taco bell fajita seasoning (by SPANKYMADOO) 6 tbsp Salsa, Private Selection Salsa Grande, Restaurant Style (by MAMAFLETCH) 8 oz Ground beef 1 cup, melted Cheddar Cheese
Microwave spaghetti squash, clear out seeds
Microwave southwest blend veggies
Add veggies, salsa, and fajita mix to bowl with salt, stir and microwave 3 minutes.
Add all mix to inside, stir up the spaghetti squash to mix with filling.
Cover both halves with cheese and bake until melted.
