4 serving Minute Brown Rice, 1/2c dry rice 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso Mild) (by ABSTRACTBUG) 1.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cook rice and chicken. Shred chicken. Combine with sauce. TOp with shredded cheese. Toss in a 9x9 pan and bake 30 minutes at 350.
