Almond coconut cranberry energy bars

0.5 cup ALMONDS ROASTED AND SALTED (GREAT VALUE) 1/4 CUP = 50 ALMONDS 0.25 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 8 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened 0.5 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins 0.5 tbsp *Flax Seed 0.5 tbsp chia seeds
Place almonds, craisins, shredded coconut, dates, flax and chia seeds in a food processor. Pulse till all ingredients are fully blended together. Place wax paper inside a container, press all ingredients onto wax paper. Press until level across container. Place in freezer for 10-20mins. Take out of freezer and gently take out wax paper. Cut out squares/ rectangles (bar shape). Place piece of wax paper around energy bar and put in a baggy :)
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat :)
