Ingredients
1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 11 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 2 cup Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream) 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.12 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
1-preheat oven 425 then to 300
2-cook onion till soft, add to pie with bacon bits and cheese.
3-whisk egg sub, cream, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper. Pour into pie pastry.
4-cook 15 MINS, THEN REDUCE TO 300 COOK 30 MINS MORE TILL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN.
5-Let sit 10 mins to rest
