Ramen Noodle & Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg. fresh spinach (10 oz)4 green onions, chopped1 pkg oriental ramen noodles3 tblsp olive oil2 tblsp brown sugar2 tblsp rice wine vinegar2 tbslp soy sauce2 tblsp sesame seeds2 oz sliced almondsToast sesame seeds, crushed ramen noodles and almonds with 1 T olive oil. Let cool. Crunch up the ramen noodles (I put them in a bag and tap them with a hammer)Mix spinach with chopped green onions and the dry roasted mixture from above. Dressing: Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining olive oil together and toss with the salad.This is a taste that you will crave again and again!
