1 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 4 serving Egg white, large 26 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams) 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 50 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 dash Pepper, black
Preheat oven at 200. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk the egg whites (a little bit). Add spices. Mix dry ingredients. Crumble the feta cheese. Mix egg whites with cottage cheese and yogurt. Add the dry ingredients. Pour in little greased pie pan or pan covered with parchment paper. Add crumbled feta on top. Press it a bit. Bake for 25 min
