Mongolian Beef (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
2 lb Flank Steak 0.33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 clove Garlic 0.75 cup Soy Sauce 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Ginger Root 0.25 cup Cornstarch 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
Directions
Cut flank steak on a bias, sprinkle with cornstarch.
grate garlic and ginger. Mix garlic, ginger, soy, water, add meat. Cook in crock pot 2-3 hours on high.
Julienne or grate carrots, add in last half hour of cooking.
