Ingredients
16 oz Eckrich Polska Keilbasa, Pork,Turkey,Beef (by DANCINGRITA2) 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 serving Cheese-Velveeta slices Original flavor ---PR (1 slice)
Directions
Slice Kielbasa. Dice tomato.
Cook Keilbasa in pan on 3 or ( high low heat- almost medium flame).
Add 3/4 cup of water. Cook until all the water is gone. Add whisked eggs to pan, add tomato. Let cook for 3-5 minutes and mix the ingredients together until all eggs are cooked. Add salt and pepper and top with cheese. Turn off the heat and let he cheese melt. Then Serve.
