Ingredients
16 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Red bell pepper, raw, diced (1 oz) (by AGENTTHIRTEEN) 2 serving Onion - Red/Purple - 1/4 Cup (by ***DEBRA***) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits 4 serving Sausage - Turkey Patty - Banquet (2 patties) 3 cup Spinach, fresh 30 grams Cilantro, raw .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
Directions
Mix eggs, milk and water with wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lined/greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with reduced Fat Cheese. Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes.
