4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .5 cup Sour Cream 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Light Ranch 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 4 oz Radish, Fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving Bread, Pillsbury Cresent Roll, Original (1 oz roll) (by TYLFAMILY)
Lay out dough on a 13x9 sheet pan and cook according to package. Do not roll dough into cresents, rather make sure it's one complete sheet. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing together and spread it on the cooled crust. Then top with chopped veggies of your choice. Cut into 12 squares.
