Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 2 tbsp Honey 3 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
In a food processor, mix the first 7 ingredients. Then, mix together with the dry ingredients. Fill 16 baking cups.
