Loaded baked potato soup

Ingredients
1 cup half & half2 cubes chicken flavored bouillon cube1 cup part-skim mozzerella cheese3 tsp minced garlic6 large Red Potatos3 tbls bacon bits
Directions
Boil water and drop in bouillon cubes until dissolved. While water is boiling peel and cube potatos. Put potatos and garlic in chicken broth and boil until potatos are soft enough to mash up. Add half and half, bacon bits, and cheese.
