2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 4 serving size box Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix 1 & 1/2 cup Milk, 1% 1/2 cup Whipped Topping - COOL WHIP, Sugar Free (by SAMANTHAJONES0) 1 cup Dole - Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Whisk pudding mix and milk till smooth. Fold in Cool whip. Drain oranges and rinse. Pat dry. Add oranges, rice and craisins to pudding mixture. Divide into 6 dessert cups. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
