Ingredients
4 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 6 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv 0.5 cup Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 0.5 tsp Salt 1 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free) 3 serving Erythritol 1/4 Cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL) 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt chocolate, ghee, coconut oil and peanut butter. Once melted, mix in other ingredients one at a time. Line a 8x8 square dish with parchment paper and pour in batter.
Cook for 25 minutes (or until a fork comes out clean.)
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Lift up parchment paper from the dish and lay flat on the counter.
Cut into 16 one-inch squares. Store in the refrigerator.
