2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.66 cup Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour (by VLBARC) 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Wisk all ingredients together well. Let sit for while (can even make the batter a day ahead if you want to). Pour onto buttered pan while swirling the pan around to make sure the batter is thinly spread on the pan. Let cook a few minutes on each side.
