Ingredients
0.5 cup Hodgson Mill Unblanched Almond Flour/Meal17.0 tsp Swerve3.0 tbsp Butter, salted8.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Combine almond meal, 5tsp Swerve, and butter until moist. Press into bottom of 6 muffin tin. (Optional - bake crust at 350°F for 5-7 min. Beat room temp cream cheese until smooth. Separately, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and remaining Swerve. Divide evenly over crusts and refrigerate until firm.
