Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) Cut the cauliflower head into small bit-sized pieces and put them in a bowl.

3) Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to combine.

4) Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet.

5) Sprinkle the salt over the cauliflower.

6) Place the baking sheet with the cauliflower on the middle rack in the oven.

7) Bake for 45-60 minutes or until done (edges of cauliflower are brown and crispy).
