Potato Sausage and Onion Bake

Ingredients
850 grams Potato, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tbsp Olive Oil 6 serving Turkey Breakfast Sausage (per sausage) (precooked)1 tsp Rosemary, dried **optional -- salt & pepper**
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F

Chop potatoes, onions and cooked sausage into bite sized pieces and combine in a zip seal bag with olive oil and rosemary (salt and pepper to taste).

Pour into a baking pan and cover with tin foil. Bake 30 minutes then remove tine foil and bake 20 minutes longer.

Serving Size: Makes about 8, one-cup servings
