24 oz Shrimp, cooked 4 serving Crawfish Tail Meat Boudreaux’s 3oz (85g) (by WILSPARK53) 5 serving Red Lobster, Snow Crab Legs - 1 Pound 0.5 package (10 oz) yields Okra, frozen, cooked 3 cup White Rice, medium grain 16 cup Cajun gumbo soup mix (by ZONNIEB)
Directions
follow instructions for gumbo soup mix, bring to full boil add seafood, stir often. set to medium low boil for 20 minutes add okra let simmer for additional 20 minutes.
